Job introduction

Hill Park School is a three site (Primary/ Secondary) special school for pupils aged 4 - 16 years for pupils with needs ranging from moderate (MLD), severe (SLD), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD). Some pupils also have a diagnosis of autistic spectrum condition (ASC), complex medical needs or physical disabilities. We have students from Reception through to KS4.

We are looking to recruit a Grade B Teaching Assistant, for three days per week, to join our Secondary team at our Portslade site, though please be aware that all teaching assistants can be placed across the school sites depending on their experience, skills and needs of the school.

Paid weeks per year47.36 (inclusive of holiday entitlement)

Fixed term: Until 31 August 2026 

Start date: As soon as possible
